Description
An unwooded Chardonnay. The grapes are planted higher on the foothills of mountains, in gravelly soils, showing an enhanced expression of the Chardonnay character. It has a dry and creamy palate with citrus and tropical flavours coming through to beautifully combined with the limey fresh mouthfeel. Enjoy with seafood, salmon, roast chicken, Thai-food and pork.
